📞 If you contact us by phone:
The person concerned must be able to verify their identity (i.e. be physically present during the call) and give their authorization. The authorization is valid for the duration of the call.

✉️ If you contact us by email:
You can ask the person concerned to contact us directly, or you can provide us with a power of attorney. The power of attorney should include the following information: the name and date of birth of the person granting the authorization, the name and date of birth of the authorized person, and the scope of the authorization. The power of attorney must also be signed by the person granting the authorization.
